Refund policy

Your collections are secured in envelopes and posted via India POST EMS service. 

Please note:

The delivery time may vary depending on your location. Every effort is made to dispatch orders within 3-5 working days. Delivery time usually takes around 1-2 weeks. 

All orders will be shipped from Bangalore, Karnataka, India

The Gareeb Store is not responsible for any package that is lost or damaged in transit.

Returns

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
